If you haven’t yet taken the VF Solutions survey, spend a few minutes going through it today.
It will be open for another week and then we’ll post the results; so far, over 1,300 agents nationwide have responded, but we can always use more.

VSP update
36 of the agents who were selected to move to a new station under the Voluntary Swap Program pilot have already EOD’d at their new stations and the remaining 28 agents’ EOD dates will be split between Pay Periods 4 and 5.
The VSP Committee has been going over the results of the first round of the VSP to discuss what worked and what didn’t. The next round is slated to take place in April, so as soon as a date is finalized it will be announced.
